What You’ll Do
- Receive two weeks of intensive training right out of the gate, as well as ongoing mentorship, to gain a complete understanding of Paylocity products and services
- Target key decision-makers to collect company insights that will transform leads into appointments
- Build rapport with potential clients to take their organizations to the next level
- Use sales techniques to overcome objections and match an organization’s needs with what Paylocity can offer
- Engage in team-building competitions to help reach goals
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) database
- Other duties as assigned
